HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After the package is collected by the shipping carrier, tracking labels will be sent out via email. Please note that shipping and handling times vary, and after your order is shipped, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for it to arrive.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel or edit your order please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel or edit your order for you. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order. Instead, you will need to return your items to us in their original unopened packaging and we will be able to issue you a refund. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATION?

After placing your order with us, an automated order confirmation is sent to you either via email or SMS, depending on your selected notification method. If you cannot locate your order notification, please check your email junk folder as transactional emails may end up there.

If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation notification please contact us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items from the date of delivery. Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. The refunded amount will equal the purchase price of the item(s), with the original shipping and handling charges deducted, provided that the item(s) are returned in their original, unused condition.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

If you discover an item missing from your order, please contact us immediately and provide details of the missing item. 

We take responsibility for our mistakes, and we will promptly send you a replacement if we made an error. 

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS BROKEN DURING SHIPPING?

Our team is committed to ensuring the safe delivery of your package, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Upon receiving your package, please examine the contents carefully to ensure that everything is in proper working order. 

If you discover any issues, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make every effort to replace the damaged item, or if that is not feasible, offer a refund or exchange for an item of equal value.
